Job Description

Reporting to Shopper Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager Baltics. Shopper Marketing Specialist Baltics will:

 

  • Implement the overall strategy for a product assortment, distribution, placement and POS activations to drive sales and achieve targets;
  • Provide category insights and proposals by analyzing marketing and customer data and monitoring relevant market conditions;
  • Develop Jacobs Douwe Egberts merchandising standards for key customers/channels;
  • Manage and participate in the various Category Management projects;
  • Data collection and information analysis from the market about planograms, products and placements;
  • Planograms preparation and innovations proposals following consumers trends.

For this role as an Shopper Marketing Specialist Baltics we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Economics/ Mathematics, Marketing or similar areas (preferred);
  • Analytical skills, allowing you to understand complex issues;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Ability to constantly improve and learn;
  • Experience in Field Sales, Customer Management or Shopper Marketing area would be an advantage;
  • Good communication and time management skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (B2 level);
  • True team player with positive energy, optimism and enthusiasm.
