Our Nordic Talent Development Manager holds a key role in driving and building our culture and deliver on our people ambition and does this in close collaboration with the Nordic HR Team.

You will join our fantastic Nordic HR team located in central Copenhagen where you will report directly to our Nordic HR Director.
Qualifications
You are a senior and mature HR professional and hold at least 5 years of experience from an international corporate environment, preferably from FMCG. Your HR toolbox, project management and communication/presentation skills are significant, and you hold a master’s degree from HR or a commercial area.
